We're a small (but mighty!) bicultural and bilingual fam based in Parker, Colorado. Together we produce small batches of our artisan cacao blends with huge doses of love. Our hand-crafted cacao is meant for you to slowly sip on and savor much like you would a decadent cup of hot chocolate, except ours is actually good for you! We believe it's time that the world knows what chocolate really is: a powerful superfood that has the ability to open and heal your heart while simultaneously nourishing your body. Speaking of the heart, the word "Apapacho" is a word derived from Náhuatl (the Aztec language) and it means to hug and love from a sacred place deep within your heart. We decided to name our business Apapacho Cacao because it is our genuine intention that you feel our family's Apapachos every time you drink a cup of our cacao, which we've been told, feels just like a hug in a mug.

3 Unique Blends
Each of our blends are crafted by hand and by heart in small batches to guarantee freshness. It was important for us to keep our blends simple, delicious, & nutrient-dense. As a family who values flavor and nutrition we decided to create cacao blends that taste good and are good for you. Our blends are lightly sweetened with low-glycemic coconut sugar which keeps our cacao at 90% dark chocolate and 100% divine yumminess.
