Cacao is heart-opening on its own but it becomes doubly heart-opening when its combined with roses.

Each bag of cacao contains 150 grams of cacao, or 15 individual pieces of cacao totaling 10 grams each. Typically for a cacao ceremony 30grams of cacao are consumed with 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of water for a potent cacao shot. For casual sipping, we recommend blending 2 pieces of cacao with 8oz of hot water, milk, or your favorite milk alternative. Sip. Savor. And enjoy your Apapachos!
